Local Athens, GA restaurant farm 255 serves farm-fresh, sustainable, local, and seasonal "the South meets Mediterranean" food. Also, farm 255 manages Full Moon Farms which is a 7-acre organic and biodynamic farm in Athens. They supplement their harvests with other local Athens family farmers that practice sustainable farming and avoid the use of pesticides and hormones. Not only is good food provided, open conversation between the chefs and diners and live music happen daily.
